The Labyrinth of Truth
A group of explorers wanders in a mysterious labyrinth built by an ancient civilization. They are in mortal danger - opening the wrong door can be fatal to the whole group. The monumental structure consists of many chambers protected by magical coloured vapors. As the explorers make their way from chamber to chamber, the vapors mix with each other and can create deadly mixtures consisting of two colours. Each Newcomer received a handful of tips that help get out of the Labyrinth. Teams are equipped with ipads to see the map of the territory, mark their decisions and be notified about their results. Perfect cooperation is crucial for a safe ending of the adventure. The key to success is understanding your companions' diverse perspectives, listening carefully, learning together and making common decisions to move forward.
The information that is scattered among all the players takes the form of puzzles or poems, where the meaning and sense are not given directly, requiring discussion and interpretation. At the same time, catching the right meaning translates into finding a safe path through the Labyrinth. With the time pressure and a multitude of perspectives added, the task turns out to be quite a challenge. The ability to communicate clearly, being open to diversity, having a clear goal, being ready to make decisions, presenting a leadership behavior that will help to control chaos and organize the work of the team… all of these determine the outcome of the game. It’s an addictive, breathtaking team activity that teaches respect and openness to others.
