Motivate and engage your team with Catalyst team building solutions

We have been cooperating with Catalyst Poland for years, and recently they have been supporting us in the ongoing series of trainings as part of the Żabka Academy development project - Manager ON. The finale of the Academy is the FreshBiz training game with a workshop, which - in addition to its team-building qualities - combines key managerial competences, which are our development priority for this edition. FreshBiz is a simulation game that launches new ways of thinking about business, and it does so through an interesting and very engaging formula that triggers proactive thinking among participants.
